Mr. Patterson’s primary concentration is in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. His experience includes representation of clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in a broad spectrum of tort and contract litigation. Rodney is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He successfully represents health care providers before Texas Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.

Rodney has represented clients in insurance coverage disputes, as well as construction, contract, and real estate matters. He is a frequent lecturer, and has served as an adjunct professor at the Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
