Mr. Cheung’s legal experience encompasses a variety of civil litigation matters. Jonathan defends clients in employers’ liability cases including non-subscriber and death claims. He has extensive experience representing insurance carriers, certified self-insureds, third party administrators, and employers in workers’ compensation matters before the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Jonathan provides counsel to clients involved in all areas of employment claims, business transactions, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Downs & Stanford, P.C., Jonathan practiced with a national litigation firm where he maintained a broad-based civil practice representing multi-national, regional, and local companies.
