Mr. Lynch handles the defense of cases involving catastrophic injury or death brought against individuals and companies throughout Texas. His cases arise from all manner of events, including employers’ liability lawsuits, industrial and construction accidents, automobile accidents, shootings, mold exposure, and college hazing. Dylan takes an amicable approach whenever possible and strives to reduce the animosity and expense that can be associated with litigation, by keeping open the lines of communication with clients and opposing parties.
Dylan guides clients through every phase of a case, from the original answer through resolution, be it by trial, settlement, or non-suit, while striving to keep clients informed and involved. He takes a detailed approach to investigation and discovery and tailors the strategy of each case toward the needs of the client, as influenced by the reality of the facts, evidence, and applicable law. Helping the client make a well-reasoned decision is his paramount concern.
He is a proud native of Rhode Island who graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School and practiced in New Orleans for six years before joining Downs & Stanford’s Dallas office. When he is not practicing law, Dylan enjoys trying to keep up with his two children and dog, combing through stacks at record stores, and searching for the best burger in Texas.
