R. Lynn Fielder

Shareholder

As a shareholder of Downs & Stanford, P.C., Mr. Fielder brings over 40 years of trial experience in a broad range of litigation matters. Lynn focuses primarily on the areas of construction, insurance coverage, employment, personal injury, and consumer defense. He has extensive trial experience, trying over 200 civil jury trials and over 75 non-jury trials in state and federal courts. Lynn has appeared in over 25 arbitration hearings and is a certified mediator. He has handled numerous appeals, including arguments before, and opinions from, the Supreme Court of Texas, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Courts of Appeals of Dallas, Ft. Worth, Waco, Texarkana, Austin, El Paso, and Beaumont.
