Andrew Z. Schreck

As a shareholder and managing attorney of the firm’s Houston area office, Mr. Schreck has over twenty five years experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation. Andy defends individuals and businesses in personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He is board certified in Workers’ Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Andy represents carriers and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation claims, and he represents employers in non-subscriber cases.

Andy is a respected practitioner and has a large client base with cases involving the Federal Employer Liability Act, the Jones Act, and the Longshore Act. In addition, he handles a wide range of land transportation and maritime claims.
