As a shareholder of Downs . Stanford, Ms. Schrock's practice
is focused on Workers' Compensation, medical dispute resolution,
personal injury, and insurance defense litigation. She is board
certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization. Ms. Schrock manages the designated doctors section
for the firm. Ms. Schrock is also knowledgeable in the areas of
premises liability, products liability, subrogation, and automobile
cases. Ms. Schrock's work frequently takes her before the Division
of Workers' Compensation and the State Office of Administrative
Hearings, where she handles everything from benefit review conferences
to trials. She offers experience representing the interests of both
plaintiffs and defendants. Previously, Ms. Schrock served as staff
counsel for a leading national insurance company.
