Mr. Grove's practice focuses on state and federal agency regulatory matters, administrative law, and workers' compensation. He also handles cases related to transactions, multiparty litigation, personal injury, and corporate law. Mr. Grove regularly practices before the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, including judicial and appellate review of rules, regulations, and decisions. He also represents clients in compliance and medical review matters. In addition, he has handled PUC issues involving utility rate determinations and TDI matters. With years of experience as in-house counsel for various energy companies, Mr. Grove is highly knowledgeable about oil, gas, and interrelated energy issues, including FERC, DOE, TRC, and RRG contracts.
