Mr. Liles' practice encompasses personal injury defense, workers' compensation defense, subrogation, insurance defense, and general liability. His work frequently takes him before the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, where he handles hearings at all levels. Mr. Liles is also knowledgeable about breach of contract litigation as it relates to borrowed servant law, temporary labor providers, and staff leasing companies. As former in-house counsel for a workers' compensation insurance carrier, Mr. Liles is able to offer guidance to insurance companies regarding claims decisions and other matters.
