As a shareholder of Downs . Stanford, Mr. Romero's practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation issues, including general negligence, premises liability, utlity provider liability, non-subscriber liability, business torts, contract disputes, labor and employment law and subrogation recovery. He offers significant courtroom and trial experience, and handles hearings before the Texas Department of Insurance, Workers' Compensation Division. He frequently speaks to groups and organizations regarding Tort Reform, Premises Liability and updates relating to Labor and Employment Law.
