Ms. Schmidt concentrates on products liabilty defense, the
enforcement of ERISA, and other health care rights of subrogation
and reimbursement. She is board certified in Personal Injury Trial
Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has over 50 jury
trials to her credit. Ms. Schmidt is well versed in construction
liability, premises liability, and other areas of personal injury
law. She has been invited to demonstrate her knowledge in these
areas in several continuing education seminars.
