Darren Marlowe is an experienced litigator in Texas and California State and Federal Courts. As a shareholder with the firm, his practice focuses on a wide variety of civil litigation areas, including residential and commercial construction law litigation, real estate acquisition issues, the defense of complex, multi-party tort actions against utility providers and transportation companies, business torts, as well as business partnership formation and contracts.
